You came, you saw and conquered.
You came riding on the back of grace
With perseverance strapped round your waist
And just like water is required to quench thirst
You refine your soul with utterances of faith
Each time you pursue a little further,
You shoo failure much farther
And as you march forward
You blend resilience and passion in a kind of synergy that is unmatched.
You sawed everything that threatened your tenacity
tuned off songs of complacency
You gave mediocrity a smack down
And made laxity to back down
Now, I’m composing songs from your ups and downs
As I request the celestials
To join me in singing hymnals of victory
