  2. Leaders are like eagles—they don’t flock. That’s why they are so hard to find.

  3. Most organizations desire stability. Leaders want excitement.
    Most organizations desire structure. Leaders want flexibility.
    Most organizations place a high value on following rules. Leaders want to think outside the box.
    If you want to gather leaders, you must create a place where they can thrive.

  4. It takes a leader to raise up
    another leader.

  5. Leadership development compounds. The more you invest in people and the longer you do it, the greater the growth and the higher the return.
