  1. Leaders are responsible for the performance of their people.
  2. As a leader, the first person I need to lead is me.
  3. THE MOST VALUABLE GIFT A LEADER CAN GIVE IS BEING A GOOD EXAMPLE.
  4. Example is Leadership.
  5. The leader finds the dream and then the people. The people find the leader and then the dream.
  6. People don’t at first follow worthy causes. They follow worthy leaders who promote causes they can believe in.
  7. People want to go along with people they get along with.
  8. As a leader, your success is measured by your ability to actually take the people where they need to go. But you can do that only if the people first buy into you.
  9. Victorious leaders possess an unwillingness to accept defeat.The alternative to winning is totally unacceptable to them.
