BIOGRAPHY OF ASABIOJE AFENAPA AND ABOUT ISESE LAGBA ALBUM

This inspirational and spiritual traditional Yoruba music that opens gates for prayers to Olodumare (God) through the abundant praises and prayers to each Orisha like Ifa; Osun; Sango; Oya; Yemoja; Ogun; Ogboni; and Egungun.

Asabioje Afenapa is a Ifa Orisa Traditional musician, who was born into Egungun priest family. She started singing at the age of 8, she has represented Oyo and Lagos states traditional and cultural Troupe in Nigeria several times, also Ibadan cultural troupe which she won several awards in the past.

Recently, she was invited to play in a conference in venezuela with her full band members, to the expectation of many people, she performed excellently, and she was also awarded by some organisations, in South America.

She is always ready and agile to feature in any invited concerts or conferences or any occasions which are for the purposes of uplifting Ifa/Orisa religion.

Her album; Isese Lagba is for all lovers, followers and believers of Isese Traditional religion and Yorùbá cultural music.

The Traditional Geological praises, prayers and songs of Ifa; Osun; Sango; Oya; Yemoja; Ogun; Ogboni; and Egungun in the album really reflects the rich culture and tradition of Isese (Ifa/Orisa Religion).

What makes the album on of the best of its kinds is the use of the ancient drums of Orisas like Bata, Dundun, Ogidi, Gangan etc.

Without the traces of western instrumentals also the Traditional accent used by Asabioje to praise and pray to each Orisha, the rhythm of the music is really a mind-blowing one, and dance away your sorrows and tribulations.

Lots of Prayers, praises and tributes to Orisas like Ifa, Osun, Sango, Oya, Yemoja, Ogun, Ogboni and Egungun; A 10 track album which is titled: Isese Lagba which lasts 55minutes, and you will never want to miss a second of the song.

It is an evergreen music which everyone that loves Ifa and any Orisa music should really have in their houses, library, phone, and Laptop.
