Using your branding to create an emotional experience, so that they can make the decision you want them to always come back for the goods and/or the services you render

- Educate your customers: As a business Owner you need to ask yourself this question, what do you want your brand to be known for? You want to be know for trust. you need to put things in place and start educating your customers about it. For a customer to patronize you they need to trust you, your brand and your product. The easiest way to build customer trust is to educate them.
- Social listening: Social listening is a way of tracking, analyzing and giving out response to the conversation about your brand. Social listing is a key components of audience research, if you don’t have a social listening strategy in place you are missing out on valuable insights.
