WHY DID YOU KICK THE FROG?
WRITTEN BY ALLI ADAMS
Why did you kick the frog? dont you know that without your kick, The frog will surely jump?
Now that you have kicked it, you have added more force to its landing position, it has now flew above your imagination, Oooobi(yoruba way of saying shame on you)
Did you think that the best way to make other people respect you is to block every opportunities that open for them through you?
Hardly do you remember that if you lay off your carpet for somone, “God” the owner of the endless land will lay his own rug or even tiles to show you that he is the God of everlasting favour.
You think that he won’t secure a better job somewhere else? Just because you are opportune to be the security in that company and he gave you his curriculum vitae(C.V), but you kept it under your chair instead of submitting it. “Continue”
Only if you had known that he would be ranked above your position, you wouldn’t have been holding his salary till middle of the next months, you see your life?
You sent him out of your room Just to show your superiority over him because you rented the apartment and he scort with you, dont you remeber that even a mad man without shelter lives for many years? if there is life there is still hope, Now you have frustrated him to build his own apartment. Now you are put to shame.
If you are opportune to help someone with the opportunity you hold or you are privilege to open the door for someone to pass, please do not hesitate, for the fact that you refuse doesn’t mean that the way is blocked forever.
Someone else will open it and even better than you can. Help people grow as if that is the price you are paying for breathing because many people who want to help others are in the grave.
DONT KICK THE FROG, BY DOING SO, YOU HELPED IT MOVE FURTHER.
