DEATH – JANNA ONYEMAOBI

DEATH - JANNA ONYEMAOBI 1
Spread the love

It was on a day like this,
The sun was shining so brightly,
The weather was so hot,
 We prayed for rain,
The rain came.

I never would have imagined,
That this would be your last rain.
I never would have guessed,
That this would be your last sun.

You were so happy.
Death
Death
What a tragic event.
We never saw it coming,
It’s like a shadow that can’t be seen.

Why now,
Why now,
My heart cries out,
Why now.

I feel this pain inside of me,
I can’t explain it.

I still can’t believe all this is happening,
It feels like a dream,
I want to wake up from this dream,
Someone please let me out of this dream,
It’s too much,
I can no longer handle it.

Note: Death is such a tragic event, the pain that comes with death seems so unbearable. We ask ourselves questions like this,
How do i move on?
How do I keep living life without him or her by my side?
Why him?
Why now?

I pray that God heals whoever it is going through this pain and gives you the strength to move on.
