GET RID OF BLOOD CLOTS
SHARE THIS POST:

Today on My Woven Words, we’ll be telling you about 3 simple home remedies to get rid of blood clots during menstruation. Heavy menstrual bleeding (blood clots) is a condition known as menorrhagia. most women experience this severe, prolonged bleeding for several days. At the moment, when a woman is often so exhausted, stressed and intensive can live a healthy life again, the thought of having a hysterectomy (removal of all or part of the uterus) is almost a blessing in her mind.

During menstruation, the thick lining of your uterus breaks down. As you menstruate, anticoagulants are released that break thick menstrual blood before leaving your body. During a heavy flow, blood is shed faster, and the anticoagulants cannot have enough time to break the blood.

Blood clots during the period may indicate a miscarriage in the first trimester. Also, the coagulum can look specifically at this situation. Their colour is usually light yellow or gray – a sign that the fertilized egg has been rejected and discharged with blood.

Many causes can affect the consistency of menstrual blood flow. Some of those who are banal and insignificant can be ignored while others urgently need specialized medical treatment. Also, we will explain in this message about the best three home remedies for severe menstrual bleeding.

Aloe Vera.

Aloe Vera can be famous for several health benefits, including dealing with the severe menstrual bleeding state. Drink the juice made from the aloe vera gel before and during your menstrual period. Alternatively, take one tablespoon of this Aloe Vera Gel and digest it three times a day within a week before the expected period begins to relieve cramps and pain.

Tomato juice.

Consuming tomato juice every day can help improve blood flow in your menstrual period. The reason is that tomato juice consists of vitamins that are essential for reducing blood flow in your periods. So you should use the juice as one of the home remedies for severe menstrual bleeding. All you have to do is include one glass of tomato juice in your daily diet to get rid of blood clots as quickly as possible

Apple cider vinegar.

One of the great home remedies for massive menstrual bleeding (blood clots) is the use of apple cider vinegar. Notably, it acts as a tonic that maintains hormonal balance and also flushes toxins from your body. It can even be used for treating symptoms such as a headache, irritability, cramps, and fatigue. Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar on a glass of water and stir well. Use this solution approximately three times a day during the menstrual cycle for optimum results.
