Campfire in the Sky;
A lonely retreat of my mind
To a place of solace and quiet.
Where my mind no longer absolves
The merry laugh and voices of the crowd that surrounds
With a void that remains within
Campfire in the Sky;
A total surrender to the voice within
A crave to finally hear myself speak
To listen to my heart pound
And my heart and ticking brain becoming one
Campfire in the Sky;
A place where my loneliness equals thriving
And my peace a sign of growth
I long to be there;
Away from the defeaning noise
And alive to myself
