There are some male outfits that just never fails to impress women because they are not only trendy and fashionable but also have an incurable effect on them. While some of these outfits are basic staples, others are stylish and rare wears meant for special occasions. If you’re out to impress a new woman or the one that has been in your life for a while, here are five outfits that will never fail you.

The Unforgettable Agbada

Women, particularly Nigerian women love men that dress up in what has come to become a staple traditional outfit. It not only brings out your “africanness”, but also gives you an entirely different look from your everyday appearance.

Women are so impressed by the Agbada, that it has basically relegated other native and traditional outfits. For this outfit to work however, it will actually help to own more than one.

The Tuxedo

The tuxedo has been the outfit of choice for the upwardly mobile and classy man for decades, which perhaps explains why it is the suit of choice of James Bond and why he always gets the girls. The Tux is an elegant classic that almost never goes out of style.

The tuxedo has evolved subtly over time and one modern look of it is the velvet jacket with smart black trousers that retains the popular vintage look these days.

The midnight blue is however a contemporary alternative to the quintessential black but it keeps things simple. All these explains why the timeless tux is James Bond’s definitive look and why the ladies can help but swoon when they see him.

The Lounge Suit

The lounge suit helps to provide a more casual feel than the more stylish tuxedo. When you dress up with a lounge suit and a tie to match, it is a great way of showing that woman you have your eyes on how well you scrub up.

Your lounge suit of choice should be the slim-fit, single-breasted two piece which is slick and contemporary. The fitted double-breasted or three-piece suit on the other hand is an enduring classic that is definitely still worth your while.

Blazer and Denim

The combination of these outfits strikes a perfect balance between dressing up with a blazer or what some people refer to as a sports coat and dressing down with a stylish pair of slimming dark jeans.

If you’re out to impress her, follow some golden rules when wearing this combination. Avoid baggy light jeans and make sure you’re paring denim with a blazer and not a suit jacket.

Also make sure you contrast your colours by complementing dark-blue jeans with a tan, brown or grey blazer and light-coloured shirt.

Prep

The prep is a smart style of dressing that has come to be known with American Ivy League schools and as long become common at tertiary institutions worldwide.

It is a combination of chambray and lightweight linen shirts, fitted polos, circular sunglasses, chinos and cable-knit sweaters which all are staples of the preppy look.

Tommy Hilfiger particularly have some signature hues including navy, white and crimson. It works well as casual and formal attire.
