yet stared at me
unretractable and irrefutably
Piercing a heart
I left it there.
I thought all was well
Alas! My words birthed an ache
that grew as she grew
it left a kind of sore
An unhealable wound
After a while
we met again
I was forgiven
yet,my words weren’t forgotten.
For there was still a void.
But,I now know better
Every word spoken has a weight
That might or might not become a burden
Now,I’m learning to choose my weights wisely
Choosing your words wisely is not wanting any burden
Me
Me
