Yo how y’all  doing. It’s your boy Manuel , now it’s time for the big shots. If you really are seriously interested in being shredded then it’s time to hit the gym. Many exercises to do
 Chest :  bench press
              Press ups
              Dumbbell press e.t.c
Abs : sit ups
         Leg raises
        Crunches
        Flippers e.t.c
Legs : squats
          Dumbbell squats
 And so on. Their are so many workouts for every part of your body. That is just a tip of what you can do
  Go to the gym and do the right thing by getting started.
