OVERTHINKING KILLS YOUR HAPPINESS I – BY ALLI ADAMS
OVERTHINKING KILLS YOUR HAPPINESS I
WRITTEN BY ALLI ADAMS
You see bah! If overthinking and could fetch money, certificates and awards, I think I would have received silver and gold award.
I began overthinking right from my childhood as I never for any reason appreciate anything about myself.
Most time I helped those who aren’t as good as myself appreciate what they have.
This got to an extent that I purposely hate some people, not because they offend me but because they chose to like me, however, I have chosen not to love myself. So I consider them as a loser for choosing me.
Most times I found them boring when they come around me. I fell like excusing them.
I preferred chasing those who don’t have time for me because their act of running from me usually send
me that they are the best I should choose to surround myself with.
I had concluded in my mind that I don’t know how to do anything and if I try to do so, I won’t succeed
All these happened while I was growing up..
How do I change this thought and became the admired social leader in many gathering and organisation
Is anyone related to this habit?
Let me hear from you before I write to you tomorrow.
Your Push King.
